Depot Supply Chain Co-ordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Depot Supply Chain Co‑ordinator to join our busy distribution operation in Yate. You will play a key part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, supporting operational efficiency and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels to maintain product availability.
• Respond to supply planning system alerts, including shortages, stock profile exceptions and aged stock.
• Liaise with sales teams to support customer requirements and product availability.
• Investigate and resolve stock issues efficiently and accurately.
• Support the smooth and effective operation of the warehouse and depot.
• Maintain accurate stock records and system information.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and operational performance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, stock control, logistics or a similar coordination role.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using stock management systems and interpreting data.
• IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to prioritise workloads and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to solve problems in a busy operational environment.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach.
