Deputy General Manager

About the role

Buzz Bingo is looking for a Deputy General Manager to support the club’s operations in Swindon. This full‑time position works 44 hours per week across the club’s opening hours and plays a key part in delivering the Buzz Bingo brand values and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in ensuring a consistent, high‑quality customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Deputise for the General Manager in all operational aspects of the club, including staffing, scheduling and compliance.
• Help implement the brand strategy locally and contribute to the club’s strategic plan.
• Monitor performance metrics and support initiatives that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a leisure, gaming or customer‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of club or hospitality operations.
• Ability to work flexibly across varied opening hours and a 5‑day work week.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
