Deputy Hospital Director (RMN)

About the role
As Deputy Hospital Director you will lead a caring, supportive and safe environment for patients and staff. You will provide clinical leadership across the hospital, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering on quality performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversee day‑to‑day hospital operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, legislation and quality KPIs.
- Manage budgets, develop strategic plans and monitor financial performance.
- Coordinate care for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Participate in on‑call rotas and occasional weekend, bank‑holiday and out‑of‑hours work.
Required profile
- Proven management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) status.
- Strong natural leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to balance budgets and develop strategic initiatives.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care.
