Deputy Manager – Bar Home (Lichfield)

About the role

Stonegate Group is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager to join the Bar Home team in Lichfield. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver memorable guest experiences across a vibrant pub that offers everything from bottom‑less brunches to live sport and music.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear guidance, encouragement and support to help the team grow.
• Support the General Manager in shaping and delivering the venue’s vision.
• Maintain consistency in standards, procedures and service quality.
• Foster an inclusive environment where guests feel welcome and valued.
• Oversee daily operations, including bar service, stock control and health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality, great beer, cocktails and sport.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bar POS systems.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
