About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high‑quality care for individuals with complex needs. Working closely with the Manager, you will help ensure safe, effective and financially sustainable operations across our locations.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Manager in running all locations safely and profitably.
Handle individual referrals and coordinate care plans.
Provide 24‑hour on‑call support to staff across the group.
Work two weekends per month on‑call to ensure service continuity.
Support the management of staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.

Required profile

Experience working with people who have complex needs (desirable).
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (mandatory) and progressing towards Level 5.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Team‑player attitude and a valid driver’s licence.
Willingness to be on‑call one weekend per month.
