About the role
Join Popworld in Leeds as a Deputy Manager and help create memorable, high‑energy guest experiences. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance and uphold the venue’s vibrant culture.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow.
- Support the General Manager and collaborate to deliver the venue’s vision.
- Maintain consistency in standards and procedures across service.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast‑paced nightlife setting.
- Strong leadership and people‑development abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- Experience in managing bar or pub operations.
- Knowledge of health, safety and licensing regulations.
