Deputy Manager – Ye Olde Griffin Hotel

About the role

Stonegate Group is seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to join the team at Ye Olde Griffin Hotel in March. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold the venue’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow.
• Support the General Manager and collaborate to create and deliver the venue’s vision.
• Maintain consistency in standards and procedures across service, hygiene and safety.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, stock control and guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive performance.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
