Deputy Store Manager – Full‑Time – Camden

About the role

As Deputy Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in leading a busy Camden branch of H&T Pawnbrokers. You will help deliver a high‑standard customer experience, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive the store’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach a multi‑skill team to meet sales targets and service standards.
• Maintain a welcoming, secure and compliant in‑store environment.
• Assist with inventory control, cash handling and daily financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the area team to share best practices and implement new products or policies.
• Support recruitment, training and development of staff.
