Derivatives Analyst – AI Trainer (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Derivatives Analyst to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. Working remotely from the UK, you will use your finance expertise to improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI‑driven chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance knowledge.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred; Master’s or PhD acceptable.
• Professional experience in finance, derivatives, or related fields.
