Derivatives Operations - OTC Settlements Analyst

About the role

Join the EMEA Derivative Settlements team at JPMorgan in Bournemouth and help ensure smooth settlement of OTC derivatives across a diverse client base. You will work in a fast‑paced, global environment supporting Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, Equity Derivatives and Commodities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all payments are settled accurately and client enquiries are handled promptly.
• Confirm settlements prior to value and investigate post‑settlement discrepancies.
• Respond to incoming client enquiries and queries from Middle Offices worldwide.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with external clients and internal teams across Derivatives hubs.
• Mitigate operational, financial and reputational risk.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and root‑cause analysis of errors.
