About the role

Babel is seeking a semi‑senior AI Developer to support the operational continuity and evolution of its generative AI and automation solutions. You will work on monitoring, supporting, and improving cloud‑based conversational platforms, ensuring stability and technical efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate solutions based on large language models (LLMs) and AI automation.
• Monitor and provide operational support for production AI services.
• Implement API integrations and cloud services, primarily on Google Cloud Platform.
• Maintain and continuously improve conversational AI applications.
• Write components and automations using Python and TypeScript.
• Track incidents, perform technical analysis, and document resolutions in GCP environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams on testing, deployments, and support.
• Produce technical documentation and operational reports.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of software development or AI solution experience.
• Experience with cloud services and automation projects.
• Previous involvement in generative AI or chatbot initiatives.
• Strong adaptability, tolerance for on‑call duties, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Collaborative attitude and continuous learning orientation.
