Design Manager – CSA Design Manager for Major Construction Project

About the role

Join a leading international main contractor on one of the UK's most technically challenging construction developments. As a CSA Design Manager you will oversee civil, structural and architectural design from pre‑construction through to completion, delivering long‑term stability and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the civil, structural and architectural design process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure successful design delivery.
• Review drawings, technical submissions and design information for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain design programmes, quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience with a main or specialist contractor on major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural or architectural design coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design packages in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site, Monday‑Friday.
