Design Manager – CSA Lead for Major Construction Project

Join a leading international main contractor as a CSA Design Manager on one of the UK's most technically challenging construction developments. The role offers long‑term stability, exposure to complex civil, structural and architectural projects, and clear pathways to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the civil, structural and architectural design process from pre‑construction through to completion.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely and quality design delivery.
• Review drawings, technical submissions and design information for compliance.
• Maintain design programmes and ensure they align with project milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience with a main or specialist contractor on major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural or architectural design coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site, Monday‑Friday.
