About the role

Baller League is seeking a versatile Designer to join its US team. You will shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing 6v6 football league, creating compelling assets across digital, print, motion and event platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute designs for social media, print, motion graphics, branding and event collateral.
• Own projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high creative standards.
• Generate fresh, disruptive design solutions that align with brand strategy.
• Stay informed on social platform trends and industry innovations to produce resonant content.
• Lead design strategy for key initiatives, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• Draw inspiration from diverse cultural influences to produce vibrant, engaging visuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate marketing goals into visual campaigns.
• Design event materials and merchandise that elevate the fan experience.
• Continuously explore emerging design techniques to push the brand forward.
