About the role

OLIVER is seeking a highly motivated Designer to join its Nottingham team. You will work closely with leading brands to create stunning, effective digital content and campaigns that align with sustainability and purpose‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality visuals for websites, e‑commerce pages (A+ and Shopalyst) and social media channels.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept through to final execution, ensuring files meet output specifications.
• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategies to produce impactful designs.
• Pitch creative solutions and new concepts in response to marketing briefs.
• Collaborate with clients to adhere to brand guidelines while influencing creative direction.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional design experience, preferably within beauty or skincare brands.
• Demonstrated ability to produce innovative, aesthetically‑pleasing digital designs.
• Strong conceptual thinking and a passion for translating insights into visual solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
