Designer – Shopper Marketing & Digital

About the role

We are looking for a Designer to join our global commerce marketing practice. You will create high‑quality visual work that brings brands to life across shopper marketing, brand, advertising and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality creative solutions that respond clearly to briefs.
• Translate ideas into strong visual outputs for print, digital, experiential and retail environments.
• Develop contemporary designs from initial concepts or creative direction.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters and account teams.
• Contribute to design systems, guidelines and toolkits for internal teams and clients.
• Present work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support new‑business pitches with engaging, idea‑led creative.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering strong design work across multiple formats.
• A portfolio that showcases creativity, versatility and attention to detail.
• Solid grounding in core design principles and visual storytelling.
• Confidence using industry‑standard design tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.
• Curiosity and a genuine interest in developing design craft.
