About the role

We are seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join a leading independent financial planning firm in Bristol. The successful candidate will inherit an established book of high‑value clients and will operate within a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of loyal, high‑value clients.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice and planning services.
• Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and broader market.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the regional support team to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser (minimum).
• Proven experience working as a Financial Advisor.
• Strong communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Self‑driven and comfortable working in a hybrid model.
• Residency in or near Bristol.
