Destination Manager – Luxury Travel

About the role

Scott Dunn, an award‑winning luxury tour operator, is looking for a Destination Manager to develop and maintain its Africa & Middle East product portfolio. The role works autonomously, supporting the Head of Product and the wider Sales & Product team to keep product content current, identify new opportunities and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own destination development for assigned regions and contribute to overall product strategy.
• Conduct commercial negotiations, tender ground‑handler and DMC contracts.
• Deliver destination product overhauls and new campaign ideas on schedule.
• Plan and execute familiarisation trips to maximise business benefit.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead key meetings and represent Scott Dunn at trade shows.
• Support sales teams with training tools, resources and accurate product data.
• Maintain and update product copy and database content.

• Strong commercial awareness and high attention to detail.
• Flexibility and a creative flair for product innovation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, marketing and product teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
