Development Project Officer

About the role

The Development Project Officer will support the delivery of affordable housing across Lincolnshire, working closely with the Development Project Manager to move schemes from concept to completion. This role contributes directly to LHP’s mission of providing safe, secure homes for individuals and families in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing s106 and grant‑funded housing projects.
• Coordinate with local partners, authorities and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines and risk registers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting for senior management.
• Support site visits and inspections across Grimsby, Boston and East Lindsey.

• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset and alignment with LHP values.
• Ability to manage own diary, travel to multiple sites and work flexibly.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and partners.
