Development Surveyor

About the role

The client is seeking a Development Surveyor to join their property team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial development and investment projects, ranging from town‑centre regeneration to joint‑venture schemes with strategic investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate development opportunities across commercial sectors.
• Conduct development appraisals and financial modelling to support investment decisions.
• Manage acquisitions, disposals and the securing of occupiers.
• Coordinate project teams through governance processes and monitor delivery against programme schedules.
• Provide market insight, financial analysis and strategic input to enhance portfolio performance.
