DevOps Engineer – Digital Platforms (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the digital ecosystem of a fast‑growing student accommodation provider in London. You will work across the company’s web presence, CRM, integrations and AI‑driven automation, ensuring a secure, high‑performing platform that directly impacts the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise the WordPress website and related PHP code.
• Administer and enhance the HubSpot CRM, including data flows and custom objects.
• Design, build and manage API integrations and third‑party services.
• Monitor website performance, security and hosting infrastructure.
• Implement AI‑powered workflow automation and support release management using version control.
• Produce business dashboards and reporting tools (GA4, custom dashboards).
• Collaborate with external development partners and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web development and operations within a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing technology stacks.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with business objectives.
