DevOps Engineer (Docker) – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with deep Docker expertise to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will help streamline our AI and software development pipelines, ensuring reliable and efficient deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise CI/CD pipelines to improve development speed and deployment reliability.
• Collaborate with machine‑learning engineers and software developers to containerise applications and automate workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Docker‑related issues in both development and production environments.
• Document technical processes and share best practices with the team through clear written and verbal communication.
• Continuously monitor, assess, and enhance containerised environments for security, performance, and scalability.

Required profile

• Professional experience developing and managing Docker environments.
• Proven ability to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on documentation.
• Experience supporting AI training workflows through containerisation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
