DevOps Engineer – FinTech Specialist

About the Role

Join a cutting-edge FinTech innovator dedicated to developing high-performance trading and analysis platforms for major financial institutions. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring the reliability and scalability of complex financial software.

Main Missions

• Design, implement, and optimize robust infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines.
• Maintain and enhance high-availability environments to support mission-critical financial applications.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable deployments.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions to ensure maximum uptime and security.
• Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure provisioning to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science (minimum 2:1 equivalent).
• Proven experience in managing complex infrastructures within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills

• Advanced PowerShell scripting and proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Java, or Python).
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/Docker Swarm).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity) and monitoring solutions (ELK, Grafana).
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server databases.
• Bonus skills: Azure/AWS/GCP, Octopus Deploy, SonarQube, JIRA, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Control-M, or VMware.
