DevOps Engineer – Hybrid, Newcastle

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for development teams.
• Automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Manage core DevOps tools and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Support cloud services, integrations and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to enhance overall delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK or Ansible.
• Strong Linux background and proficiency in a scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Node.js or TypeScript).
• Eligibility for Security Clearance and at least 5 years UK residency.
