DevOps Engineer

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer based in London, you will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations. Your work will focus on automating and streamlining processes to enable rapid, reliable delivery of high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and manage scalable infrastructure using configuration‑management tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure optimal system performance and proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to integrate new applications and services, providing guidance on best practices.
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, compliant and efficient, following DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience with configuration‑management tools, scripting (Python, Bash) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus at least 3 years in a DevOps role.
