DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team, building, maintaining, and scaling infrastructure and tools that empower developers to deliver reliable, secure, high‑performing services. You will work on AWS cloud infrastructure, collaborate with SRE and security teams, and participate in on‑call and incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Enable development teams to own their systems and deliver high‑impact products.
• Partner with SRE and security teams to help developers build resilient and secure applications.
• Participate in on‑call and incident management with a “you build it, you run it” mindset.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing systems in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, ECS, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
