DevOps Engineer (Security Engineering)

About the role

DRW is looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to join its Security Engineering team. You will design, build, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure and tooling that supports the firm’s trading and technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps workflows.
• Develop tooling for data pipelines and integrate security testing such as DAST and SAST.
• Support and manage security tools, including HashiCorp Vault.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for security and infrastructure systems.
• Automate operational and security processes to reduce manual effort.
• Maintain secure configurations for containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Assist in incident response and remediation for infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance system reliability, scalability, and security posture.

Required profile

• Strong programming or scripting ability.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
