DevOps Engineering Intern – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are looking for motivated DevOps Engineering Interns to gain hands‑on experience with modern cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices. The internship is fully remote, supports the UK region, and provides mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, deploying, and maintaining cloud‑based applications.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Work with containerisation tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Help provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques.
• Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams.
• Maintain technical documentation following professional standards.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Linux commands and networking fundamentals.
• Interest in learning DevOps practices and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
