Diagnostic Radiographer

About the role

Every scan you perform helps shape patient care and treatment. As a Diagnostic Radiographer you will deliver high‑quality imaging services while providing compassionate, patient‑focused care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X‑ray, CT and MRI examinations.
• Ensure patient safety, dignity and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Produce high‑quality diagnostic images that meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and equipment documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of imaging practices and service delivery.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required profile

• HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer.
• Ability to perform diagnostic imaging procedures safely and accurately.
• Previous hospital‑based imaging experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
• Knowledge of accurate clinical documentation and imaging records.
