Diagnostic Technician – Main Dealer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our client’s main dealership in West London. You will work in a well‑resourced workshop, using the latest manufacturer technology and benefiting from ongoing training.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostics, fault‑finding and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Work to manufacturer standards and ensure high‑quality workmanship.
• Support and mentor junior technicians as required.
• Complete job cards and technical reports accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Uphold health & safety standards and keep the workshop clean.

Required profile

• Diagnostic Technician training or equivalent manufacturer accreditation.
• Proven experience in a main dealer environment.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical fault‑finding abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, team‑focused attitude with attention to detail.
