About the role

Join a growing digital marketing agency as a Digital Account Manager, working from a hybrid base in Burnley. You will be the primary liaison for a portfolio of e‑commerce and lead‑generation clients, shaping strategy and ensuring delivery of high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing projects from brief to delivery.
• Develop strategic recommendations that align with clients' business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal digital, development and project teams to guarantee timely, high‑quality campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and present actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities to expand accounts and improve client retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency account management.
• Strong commercial awareness with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Organised, proactive and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
