Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join a fast‑growing healthcare‑focused digital agency. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients, shaping their digital marketing strategies and ensuring high‑quality delivery across web, SEO, paid media and content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of healthcare clients.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across web development, SEO, PPC and content.
• Translate client goals into effective digital strategies and campaign plans.
• Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver websites and marketing campaigns on time.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and present insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and account growth.
• Oversee project timelines, communications and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency experience as a Digital Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or similar.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance digital marketing delivery.
• Experience delivering web projects with knowledge of SEO and/or PPC.
• Strong client‑facing, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus but not mandatory.
