Digital & AI Apprenticeship Trainer

About the role

Zenith is seeking an experienced AI & Microsoft Training Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve high‑impact apprenticeship programmes. Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, you will lead the AI and automation pathways for Level 3 and Level 4 apprentices, helping learners and employers adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI‑driven ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment across AI and digital apprenticeship programmes.
• Embed Microsoft Copilot and AI tools into curriculum and learner activities.
• Design blended learning materials, including workshops, digital modules, video content and practical labs.
• Facilitate classroom‑based, virtual and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Support employers in embedding AI tools into business processes and promote responsible AI use.
• Monitor learner progress, provide feedback and address barriers to achievement.
• Engage with employer partners to identify digital and AI capability gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering AI‑focused training programmes.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, real‑world applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
