Digital Analyst – Contract

About the role

This contract position supports a leading retailer’s large‑scale eCommerce and digital services ecosystem. As a Digital Analyst you will turn data into actionable insights that improve conversion, media efficiency and overall digital performance across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse paid media performance and recommend budget optimisation to maximise ROI.
• Deliver deep‑dive onsite analytics, identifying conversion opportunities and funnel improvements.
• Partner with product teams to assess and optimise new digital feature performance.
• Own and evolve reporting and dashboarding to align with business needs.
• Produce weekly and periodic performance reports for the eCommerce function.
• Develop business cases using data from media, onsite performance and commercial metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics and advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery (GCP).
• Proven ability to analyse digital performance across media and onsite funnels.
• Experience in medium to large online businesses and stakeholder management within cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification and ContentSquare are preferred.
