Digital Analyst – Ecommerce Data Insights

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Analyst to turn online data into actionable commercial insight for a leading retail organisation. You will help shape ecommerce performance, understand customer behaviour and identify growth opportunities through advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into analytical projects and data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyse web, customer and commercial data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across ecommerce and wider business teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports and self‑service analytics solutions using BI tools.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience working with BigQuery and SQL.
• Proven experience analysing ecommerce or digital performance data.
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Understanding of analytical methodologies and data‑driven problem solving.
• Awareness of ETL processes and data automation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
