Digital Business Management Lecturer

About the role
As a Digital Business Management Lecturer at School of Coding & AI, you will deliver high‑quality teaching for undergraduate and foundation programmes, blending business theory with digital and AI trends. You will create an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse students to achieve academic and professional success.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials and blended learning activities for Digital Business Management modules.
- Design, develop and continuously update learning materials, lesson plans, assessments and teaching resources in line with university standards.
- Integrate current industry trends, emerging technologies and AI applications into teaching to enhance student employability.
- Support students in developing academic, analytical, research and digital skills required for higher education and future careers.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and monitor attendance, engagement and progression, implementing interventions when needed.
- Design, administer, mark and moderate assessments while maintaining accurate records of student performance.
- Contribute to curriculum development and programme enhancement to keep content current and relevant.
Required profile
- Relevant academic qualifications in business, digital studies or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience teaching at higher education level.
- Ability to engage and support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
