About the role
We are seeking a Digital Content Editor to work as an AI Trainer. In this remote freelance position you will help improve AI chat‑bot models by providing writing and editing tasks, reviewing their outputs and measuring performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chat‑bots and monitor their progress.
- Evaluate generated content for accuracy, relevance, grammar, style and brand voice.
- Measure model performance, identify logical errors and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the AI development team to refine training data and evaluation criteria.
Required profile
- Native or bilingual fluency in English.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
- Experience in digital communication, journalism or related content development fields.
- Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Strong written communication and editing abilities.
What we offer
