Digital Designer – Paid Social & Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Designer to create and adapt campaign assets for paid social and digital advertising across a range of platforms. The role sits in Harlow and focuses on turning master creative concepts into platform‑specific visuals that drive performance throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging assets for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, display networks and website landing pages.
• Translate a single creative brief into multiple format‑specific versions while respecting each channel’s specifications.
• Incorporate motion graphics and animation to enhance social‑first content.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers and developers to ensure visual consistency and performance optimisation.
• Maintain a library of reusable design components and stay up‑to‑date with platform trends.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign work and a clear understanding of social‑first creative.
• Experience working on paid social or performance‑driven campaigns.
• Ability to balance creativity with data‑informed design decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Figma for UI design and collaboration.
• Motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising best practices.
