Digital eLearning Systems Administrator

About the role

The Digital eLearning Systems Administrator will support the delivery of digital learning solutions for Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. Based in the Henry Moore Building, the role is permanent and offers flexible working options from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer eLearning platforms and related digital resources.
• Provide technical support to staff and learners using eLearning systems.
• Collaborate with educational and clinical teams to develop and optimise digital learning content.
• Ensure system security, data integrity and compliance with Trust policies.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or enhancements as required.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in managing eLearning or learning management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with a range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality digital learning services within a health‑care environment.

Required skills

• Experience with eLearning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, or similar).
• Knowledge of Windows server environments and network fundamentals.
• Understanding of data protection and information governance standards.
