Digital Enablement Trainer – Primary Care

About the role
The Digital Enablement Trainer will join the Digital Enablement Primary Care Team to support the rollout of GP IT Reprovisioning across NHS Fife practices. You will deliver engaging training and help staff confidently use new digital systems, contributing to improved patient services.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for GP practice staff on new IT systems.
- Provide on‑site support during the transition period, answering queries and troubleshooting.
- Travel throughout Fife and across Scotland as required to reach all practices.
- Adapt training schedules and formats to meet the needs of different teams.
- Act as an advocate for NHS Fife’s digital transformation agenda.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and engaging communicator with a supportive teaching style.
- Strong interest in helping others learn and adopt new technology.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
