Digital Growth & eCommerce Manager

About the role

You will own and develop our Shopify sites and digital channels, driving traffic, conversion and revenue for the Happy Linen Company and Portfolio Home brands. Working closely with senior leadership, you will improve customer experience, commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance and ongoing development of all company websites.
• Drive growth of online sales channels, identifying new revenue and market‑share opportunities.
• Improve conversion rates, merchandising, customer journeys and average order value.
• Lead customer‑retention initiatives, including email marketing and lifecycle communications.
• Manage internal and external SEO and paid‑media providers (technical SEO, content optimisation, keyword strategy, link building).
• Support marketplace channels such as Amazon, Debenhams and Wayfair.
• Analyse performance data, monitor KPIs and produce reporting on sales, margins, stock and profitability.
• Enhance integrations between Shopify, Odoo, Linnworks, Klaviyo, n8n and other systems.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant eCommerce experience, preferably in a consumer‑goods environment.
• Proven track record of growing online revenue and improving conversion metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
