Digital Installations Support Apprentice

About the role

Join Agilico’s purpose‑built refurbishment centre in Edinburgh as a Digital Installations Support Apprentice. You will help extend the life of multi‑functional devices while supporting the company’s circular‑first sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Log, manage and update installation jobs on the Vantage Online ticketing platform, ensuring accurate progress records.
• Visit customer sites to perform equipment installations, site surveys and collections, delivering high‑quality service.
• Raise purchase orders, allocate equipment and parts, and maintain digital records to support workflow efficiency.
• Assist with the installation, configuration and commissioning of Multi‑Functional Devices (MFDs).
• Collaborate with engineers, workshop staff and warehouse colleagues to coordinate schedules and prioritize workloads.
• Support digital stock control and inventory management, tracking equipment and parts usage.
• Adhere to quality, health & safety and data management standards.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about sustainability and technology refurbishment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn and become a super‑user of Vantage Online.
