Digital LABS Coordinator

About the role

The Digital LABS Coordinator sits at the centre of TC Group’s innovation programme, helping to turn ideas into real AI‑driven solutions. Working from the Fareham office with hybrid flexibility, you will support a fast‑moving portfolio of around 20 concurrent digital and AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate meetings, workshops and working groups across multiple LABS initiatives.
• Support colleagues in following the LABS delivery process and capture actions, decisions and outcomes using AI‑supported tools.
• Manage and track incoming innovation and improvement requests, maintaining project information and collaboration sites.
• Assist with prioritisation activities, backlog management and preparation of reporting for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency, organisation and communication across initiatives.
