Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our Client Services Team in St. Albans (with options for London or Cheltenham). The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on campaign oversight, offering a hybrid working model for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Team to ensure campaign execution meets client expectations.
• Analyse campaign data to assess performance, identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Communicate results and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships through proactive service.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in an agency or in‑house marketing role managing client accounts.
• Growth‑mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Comfortable presenting and speaking with clients on the phone.
