Digital Marketing Executive (Fixed Term Contract)

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will plan, implement and manage OXTS’s digital marketing activities. The role focuses on website optimisation, campaign creation, HubSpot administration and delivering data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the company website (WordPress) and manage all website content, including campaigns and photography.
• Create, launch and monitor digital lead‑generation campaigns across search, display and targeted channels.
• Develop detailed campaign briefs, track KPIs and produce monthly performance reports.
• Manage social media presence on LinkedIn and YouTube, driving audience growth and engagement.
• Oversee HubSpot setup, troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration with sales and marketing processes.
• Control digital marketing budget, optimise ROI and coordinate with external contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, website management and running successful online campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to produce actionable insights from web analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with product marketing colleagues and external partners.
