Digital Marketing Executive – Hybrid

About the role

Toolden is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join its growing e‑commerce team. Working from the Edinburgh office a few days a week, you will help shape how thousands of customers interact with the brand across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging copy and visual content for the website, blog and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media presence on TikTok, X, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Build, optimise and monitor automated email journeys using Klaviyo.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop data‑driven campaigns based on customer insights and market trends.
• Improve website pages and landing pages while applying SEO best practices.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating content and managing social media channels.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing and automation tools.
• Confidence using creative design tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to commute to the Edinburgh office at least twice per week.
