Digital Marketing Executive – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Executive to join a well‑established organisation in Gloucester. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of office‑based work and remote flexibility while you develop and execute digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise website content to enhance user experience, engagement and conversions.
• Create compelling copy for social media, blogs, case studies, email campaigns and other digital channels.
• Develop and implement social media strategies, monitor trends and grow audience interaction.
• Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and on‑page optimisation.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and produce insightful reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver successful marketing projects.
• Assist with recruitment events and broader marketing activities as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, digital content creation and planning.
• Hands‑on experience with website management and optimisation.
• Solid understanding of SEO techniques and keyword research.
• Ability to analyse marketing data and generate reports.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
