Digital Marketing Executive – SEO, Social Media & PPC

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead our SEO, social media and PPC initiatives in Bicester. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to drive traffic, generate leads and enhance our online presence for a market‑leading organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Manage budgets, conduct A/B testing and analyse performance to maximise ROI.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, meta‑tag updates and link‑building.
• Monitor traffic and rankings using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz and Google Search Console.
• Produce regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO‑friendly copy and contribute to blogs, case studies and training material.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Excellent written communication aligned with brand tone.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously or within a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

What we offer

• £28,000‑£30,000 per annum salary.
