Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

Za’ta is expanding its digital marketing engine as it opens new stores across the UK. As Digital Marketing Lead you will work directly with the CMO to turn brand and campaign strategy into measurable digital actions that drive customer acquisition, online ordering and app adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Set up audiences, budgets and tracking parameters for each campaign and monitor performance across locations and channels.
• Coordinate creative assets with designers and ensure timely publication on all paid media platforms.
• Run local digital campaigns to support new store openings, including Deliveroo and Uber Eats advertising.
• Produce regular performance reports with clear recommendations and contribute to a repeatable digital playbook.
• Support the day‑to‑day execution of Za’ta’s social media presence, including content calendar coordination and basic community management.
• Translate the CMO’s brand direction into actionable digital activities across the website, e‑commerce platform and mobile app.
• Collaborate with external agencies, developers and delivery partners to resolve operational issues quickly.
