Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly commercial Digital Marketing Manager to bridge marketing and sales for Mobysoft, a data‑insight provider for social housing. Based in Manchester with remote flexibility, you will own digital demand generation, website performance and revenue‑operations initiatives that drive high‑value leads and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue‑operations and analytics across HubSpot and Salesforce, structuring workflows to create optimal feedback loops between marketing and commercial teams.
• Analyse channel, campaign and tactic performance, reporting actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Design and manage the lead‑review process with the commercial team, ensuring continuous improvement of lead quality.
• Establish and enforce Lead Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to accelerate lead processing and conversion.
• Develop and execute digital demand‑generation strategies that penetrate target accounts and generate qualified marketing‑qualified leads (MQLs).
• Collaborate with the Events manager and other stakeholders to align digital activities with broader commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing within a finite, relationship‑driven market.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into revenue impact.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving cultural change across sales and marketing functions.
